During this month’s AdvoKids program we will be celebrating Veterans Day by learning about veteran Tammy Duckworth. Tammy Duckworth served in the National Guard and as a helicopter pilot and was injured during battle. She then went on to continue to serve her country and became a senator to make an even greater impact! Visitors will learn about Tammy Duckworth and then create a star streamer to celebrate and remember veterans!
